It's just getting more bizarre, isn't it? The character witness list of Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough before 378th District Court Judge Al Scoggins, R-Ennis, was like a Who's Who of the most prominent individuals in Waxahachie's "Circle" of political and business leaders.

Well let's just look at who this Who's Who list (of which I will have a full copy soon) has been character witnessing for:
-- Yarbrough has been accused of being fully naked with a then-13-year-old girl Jessica Brogdon; he told his wife Tamara Yarbough that he was "off his medications."
-- Yarbrough's son, then 16, anally raped Tamara's 3-year-old son and served time in prison for the act;
-- Yarbrough is accused by his 11-year-old daughter (reported by the courageous and heroic Waxahachie Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor) of anally raping her; Child Protective Services in Waxahachie placed this young little girl with Yarbrough, where she stays currently.
-- Republican Court at Law No. 2 Judge Gene Calvert, the HONORABLE judge, issues a protective order on behalf of the little 11-year-old girl and Tamara Yarbrough. Kenneth Wayne then walks down the street and files for divorce, and thus, magically like some Satanic tooth fairy visiting Waxahachie after washing his hands in the blood of the SuperCollider tunnels or something (or worse, maybe having sex with people writing for the Waxahachie Daily Light), has Judge Al Scoggins (Google "Al Scoggins & Karen Weaver") issue a custody order forcing CPS to give custody of the 11-year-old girl to Kenneth Wayne.
HOW DOES THIS SHIT HAPPEN??!?!?!?
Tamara Yarbrough is no angel. There's a rap sheet a mile long on her, but she has never been accused of molesting her stepchildren or biological children and then being allowed by CPS and authorities of staying with them. On the contrary, her children have alleged these crimes, mommy goes to jail, and yet CPS places the children making the allegations with the alleged abuser!
How do you sick filth like being on the Character Witness Who's Who List now? You people are either deliberately covering this up on purpose and/or are in some way part of this demonic underground cult, or you are so oblivious to what is going on that you are willing to risk your entire reputations "in the community" eye of this.
The Who's Who list, according to my sources inside several courthouses and offices on the downtown Waxahachie square, was extremely prominent. Not just Joe Rust, but several others. Big names. Big political, business leaders.
RCK Roofing is owned by Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough. He's now in business with a James Brogdon of Brogdon Roofing (located at 815 Cantrell St.) Tamara said that she brought forth the allegations of her husband to the mother of little Jessica, but...........where did those allegations go?
And why is Tamara Yarbrough the one being arrested for things?
Maybe it's the pull that Yarbrough has with certain elements within "the circle." You know, Triple A (AAA) Bail Bonds perhaps being one of the reasons...
The crape myrtles, the nicely cut lawns, the festivals and the "community" --- as well as that beautiful courthouse downtown --- serve as nothing more than a fascade to this underground haven for child molestation and the people who are covering up for this stuff.

CPS 'Adminstratively Closes' Case Against County Judge Candidate
Brandy Lemmon Owen's bizarre Child Protective Services case was "administratively closed" this week. Owen is the Libertarian Party nominee for Ellis County Judge against Republican Carol Bush this fall. A true psychopath named Kirk Kleinsorge --- just do a Google search on "Kirk Kleinsorge" to read his bizarre behavior comments on this blog a few weeks ago --- (who was later thrown in jail after The Ellis County Observer exposed him) -- accused Owen of abuse of her children, of which she has six in all.
Owen told The Ellis County Observer that CPS in Ellis County administratively closed her case.

Child Protective Services Warfare
I want to help fight for children in our county, and I want to continue to show Child Protective Services that they will not violate the trust and the rights of parents and children. There is a long storied timeline of my involvement (via the newspaper and the blog) in CPS matters --- on behalf of parents and children who are plucked out of the homes and turned over to deadbeats, drug-abusers and other sick elements. But, I want to renew the call to help those who have horror stories who want those stories to be told.
If the other papers won't print it, I will. And I will make sure that every taxpayer has at their disposal the full list of employees/staff/investigators at the CPS offices in Ennis, Waxahachie and elsewhere, how much money they make and their resume information.
Some people fight family law cases in court. I fight them on the blog, and I've won every time through this medium. The most unaccountable organization second to the CIA is CPS. Well, they won't escape scrutiny here. The People will know about CPS' wayward ways...
And to those on the inside who are honest, who try to do what's right, please rest assured that you are where God himself wants you to be. Sara Ruth Spector Flashback | Child Endangerment in Ennis, Meth-Using Dad in Waxahachie
The Waxahachie Daily Light reported today that an Ennis child endangerment case has been filed because a small child was left unattended and there was marijuana within reach.
It's a comical irony that JoAnn Livingston would see fit to report on this, yet totally cover up for her best friend, Sara Ruth Spector, formerly a CPS attorney in County/District Attorney Joe Grubbs' office. If one wants to know why I got to picking on Spector, it's because of this case right here:
-- Natasha Bryant's child was given to a father who had never even met his infant son. This "father" was a total deadbeat, admitting to, and testing positive for, meth use and these infamous photos that were published in a front page article I did for The Ellis County Press:

Mmm, classy. Sara Ruth Spector argued that a child this guy had never before seen before be allowed custody, despite the evidence that he was an admitted drug user (tested positive for it, too) and made out with a 15-year-old tramp.
The mother (Natasha Bryant) with 10-month-old Landon and 7-year-old Abigail.
The video that ECP reporter Megan Gray took showed/shows Sara Ruth Spector outside of a hearing in the Bryant case. Sara Ruth Spector had just requested that Judge Greg Wilhelm not allow anything to be published about the case on my blog or in the paper. He refused the request. And Sara Ruth Spector got her just reward: being caught on tape conferring with a local lawyer. The discussion probably centered on taking Bryant's kids away and giving them to a meth-using, underage girl-banging deadbeat.
JoAnn Livingston never wrote a word on this case. Her credibility is completely shot to smithereens though.
And then recently, Sara Ruth Spector was found out to have left Ellis County because she feared for her safety as a result of this blog...the bitch ought to be scared shitless, for her entire career is out and around the World Wide Web. She ought pray that I don't find every family with a CPS case and notify them of her wicked family-destroying ways. That's why I bought SaraSpector.com, so that parents and others can be warned about her. Sara Ruth Spector resigned after this electronic lynching, and the bitch admitted to being in fear of her safety due to what this blog was publishing.
Of course, no physical threat was ever conveyed, nor will it ever since my pen, my keyboard and my arsenal of video and digital cameras have taken care of little problems like Spector. Unfortunately for Comal County, Texas, they must deal with the psycho-Sara. She once called in a suicide attempt -- that's according to a dispatcher who received and routed the call. Her brother and father are both psychologists. She's not married, and has no children. So her credibility in mandating via the court system of how parents should raise families is beyond anything worth a damn.
I don't usually refer to women as bitches, but this is a word that is used routinely to describe Spector and her little family-shredding minions still working in our county.
There's a reason people come to me and this blog when they have CPS horror stories. It's because I can shine the biggest light in the county on all of the problems...and force out people from their jobs if I have to...Spector doesn't need to worry about me ever inflicting physical-anything on her or anyone. I'm not the type to use the sword.
My pen is much more effective.

Child Protective Services Atty Feared for Her Safety Due to The Ellis County Observer
Sara Ruth Spector, the former Child Protective Services attorney for County/District Atty Joe Grubbs, looked for employment elsewhere after she reportedly thought The Ellis County Observer was putting her safety and jeopardy in line. This came from the ex-Combine Police Dept. reserve officer John Allen "Jay" Hoskins yesterday (Hoskins had me thrown in jail for 12 days, and now there is a civil rights lawsuit at work; Hoskins and his chief both resigned after I walked out of jail a free man, all charges being rejected by Dallas County prosecutors):
Comal County Assistant District Attorney Sara SPECTOR contacted this agency, and stated that when she was an ADA in Ellis County within the past year, that DAUBEN posted that she needed to be the victim of “vigilante justice” for her involvement in a CPS case as an attorney for the State, and subsequently, MEISSNER began to place several phone calls to her. She stated she did not return them. SPECTOR stated she further feared for her safety, and immediately began pursuing jobs elsewhere after DAUBEN’S calls for “vigilante justice”.
LOL @ "vigilante justice." I guess if vigilante justice is whipping up parents, supporters, readers of the blog and lawyers to shape the public opinion against Spector, I'm "guilty" of making her leave Ellis County. Thank God, and good riddance. Sara Ruth Spector is a psychopath whose father and brother are both psychologists. She has no children. She has no husband, yet she thought she could bully her way into Court at Law No. 1 hearings and argue that fathers who were meth addicts and who never saw their kid were acceptable to take custody of them. She also called in a suicide attempt -- and I have that from the very dispatchers who took the call! Spector asked at least two times with me in the audience to have Court at Law No. 1 restrict, ban and gag any writings on the blogs and newspapers, at which point Judge Greg Wilhelm totally rejected.

I was destroying CPS cases through this blog, and Sara Ruth Spector was the biggest "prize" ------ she didn't like the fact her cases were being tried in the press and on the blog, and more and more angry parents found out the truth, and more and more came out of the woodwork. I posted CPS employees' pay scales and resumes online (on this very blog) to give parents some ammo in dealing with these family-destroying tramps.
Vigilante justice, haha. I'm harmless as a gnat, people. Former "detective" Hoskins was so traumatized that I would create CrookedCombine.com and GypsyCopJay.com and issue editorial attacks on him that he had me thrown in jail for 12 days...at least when I was getting paid money to create those Web sites, I was utilizing them to publish the truth about him and others' records (much like he did with MichaelMeissner.com and The Bardwell Intruder.) Unlike JoAnn Livingston, I don't get paid not to report things...there's a market for the truth, is what I've always said.
I have SaraSpector.com too. Is that a crime? I was paid $25 to get SaraSpector.com. Does anyone want to start an "investigation" on me now for that? You people are comical...

I'm setting up this miniature media empire to ensure that everyone all across this county and surrounding areas have as much information as possible as to who their elected/appointed officials are. That's why I pulled the TCLEOSE information of every commissioned cop in a six-county radius.
Elections come, elections go, but this blog has remained. I have been on the scene since I was 19-years-old. Not even jail stopped me, nor intimidation, nor threats of lawsuits.
I do not back down to anyone, gypsy cop or assistant DA, or the like.
