Waxahachie Sex Crime Ring | CPS Orders Signed by Court Coordinator, Not Judge Al Scoggins

I just had the documents read off over the phone in the recent case involving a Franklin Cover-Up-like situation in Waxahachie -- the one where Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough is accused of anally raping his stepchildren, yet is protected by the highest levels of community leaders in Waxahachie.

Tonight's radio broadcast on EllisCountyRadio.com will hit on this issue more, but so far, here's what we've got:

-- Waxahachie's Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor spoke with Tamara Yarbrough's now-11-year-old daughter, got her story and immediately called CPS and made it a "Prirority 1" call. Tamara Yarbrough took her daughter to Waxahachie PD before this, spoke to - unfortunately - Cyndy Wiser - and nothing was done. Tamara did not want to hear the allegations for fear that someone would accuse her of making up the story. So the little daughter told her principal and guidance counselor.

-- CPS became involved, but they were working the other side...instead of taking this little 11-year-old girl who alleged that Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough -- protected by prominent members of "the Waxahachie community" -- out of harm's way, CPS was ordered to place the 11-year-old girl in the custody of KENNETH WAYNE YARBROUGH.

The Bombshell:

-- Documents read aloud over the phone just today reveal that 378th District Court Judge Al Scoggins' signature is nowhere on an amended motion for temporary orders or a temporary order possession --- but the signature of Carla Cobb, court coordinator, is. Carla Cobb might have some explaining to do from the early 90s in the whole Robert Trevino case (see below), but where it says JUDGE PRESIDING, it is blacked out --- in official court documents --- and her name is present.

So, no judge ordered the temporary orders or amended motion for temporary orders or signed off on any of it, but rather, his court coordinator did. How is this even legal and constitutional?

Side Note: Judge Gene Calvert granted a protective order to Tamara and her 11-year-old daughter because of "physical and emotional abuse." But Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough filed for divorce in the 378th District Court (Scoggins), and was able to get the CPS temporary order possession and amended motion for temporary orders granted --- not by Judge Scoggins, but by his court coordinator.

I'll be doing a lot of head-scratching on this one.

Perhaps a little history lesson from Robert Trevino, a Waxahachie political activist who was threatened by former City Manager Bob Sokoll that "someday someone might get rid of you," and sentenced to prison for false accusations by a literal Satanic cult (and the Waxahachie PD), can shed some light on an indirect or direct role Mrs. Carla Cobb might have had in these recent cases:

I have been incarcerated since 25, August 1995 falsely accused, tried by a specially all white jury who all had been a victim or a family loved one of a sex crime for a sure conviction. Defendent Vital Evidence withheld by Ellis County District Judge Gene Knize even when the judge outside the present of the jury acknowledged one of the main state witnesses Shawn Lankford impeach himself by a letter Shawn wrote to me on 4-12-1994 and proves Shawn fabricated his sexual assault charge against me. When Shawn filed his charge, it was in August 1994 after Patrick Lankford, his brother, had been filed “statutory rape” charge on a 12-year-old girl (Stacy Harris), who had been taken to the Waxahachie hospital emergency room for bleeding after having sex with Patrick for hours – no report on this was in court or the police reports which were taken at the ER room, nor the doctor’s DNA kit report, nor was Patrick Lankford an adult of 17 or 18 years old at the time when he had sex with Stacy Harris who was 12 years old. No arrest the police detective who had 4 1/2 years experience at the time as being in charge of crimes against persons and testify in court was Det. Billie Wiggins said that the reason she didn’t arrest Patrick was that no probable cause against this happened 4 August 1994 end at the tie of my trial 21 August 1995 after a year Det. Wiggins had not arrested Patrick but got Shawn, Patrick and his gang to file charges against me so Patrick would not go to court or prison! Patrick’s signed statement dated 23 Sept. 1994 where he first moved in my house was also withheld because it also proves that Patrick fabricated his charges saying he had moved into my house on 1st March or 1st April 1994; lied to Judge Gene Knize, withheld for a sure conviction.

Waxahachie Realtor Sticks Up for Man Accused of Sodomizing 11-Year-Old Girl

It's just getting more bizarre, isn't it? The character witness list of Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough before 378th District Court Judge Al Scoggins, R-Ennis, was like a Who's Who of the most prominent individuals in Waxahachie's "Circle" of political and business leaders.

Well let's just look at who this Who's Who list (of which I will have a full copy soon) has been character witnessing for:
-- Yarbrough has been accused of being fully naked with a then-13-year-old girl Jessica Brogdon; he told his wife Tamara Yarbough that he was "off his medications."

-- Yarbrough's son, then 16, anally raped Tamara's 3-year-old son and served time in prison for the act;

-- Yarbrough is accused by his 11-year-old daughter (reported by the courageous and heroic Waxahachie Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor) of anally raping her; Child Protective Services in Waxahachie placed this young little girl with Yarbrough, where she stays currently.

-- Republican Court at Law No. 2 Judge Gene Calvert, the HONORABLE judge, issues a protective order on behalf of the little 11-year-old girl and Tamara Yarbrough. Kenneth Wayne then walks down the street and files for divorce, and thus, magically like some Satanic tooth fairy visiting Waxahachie after washing his hands in the blood of the SuperCollider tunnels or something (or worse, maybe having sex with people writing for the Waxahachie Daily Light), has Judge Al Scoggins (Google "Al Scoggins & Karen Weaver") issue a custody order forcing CPS to give custody of the 11-year-old girl to Kenneth Wayne.

HOW DOES THIS SHIT HAPPEN??!?!?!?
Tamara Yarbrough is no angel. There's a rap sheet a mile long on her, but she has never been accused of molesting her stepchildren or biological children and then being allowed by CPS and authorities of staying with them. On the contrary, her children have alleged these crimes, mommy goes to jail, and yet CPS places the children making the allegations with the alleged abuser!

How do you sick filth like being on the Character Witness Who's Who List now? You people are either deliberately covering this up on purpose and/or are in some way part of this demonic underground cult, or you are so oblivious to what is going on that you are willing to risk your entire reputations "in the community" eye of this.

The Who's Who list, according to my sources inside several courthouses and offices on the downtown Waxahachie square, was extremely prominent. Not just Joe Rust, but several others. Big names. Big political, business leaders.

RCK Roofing is owned by Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough. He's now in business with a James Brogdon of Brogdon Roofing (located at 815 Cantrell St.) Tamara said that she brought forth the allegations of her husband to the mother of little Jessica, but...........where did those allegations go?

And why is Tamara Yarbrough the one being arrested for things?

Maybe it's the pull that Yarbrough has with certain elements within "the circle." You know, Triple A (AAA) Bail Bonds perhaps being one of the reasons...

The crape myrtles, the nicely cut lawns, the festivals and the "community" --- as well as that beautiful courthouse downtown --- serve as nothing more than a fascade to this underground haven for child molestation and the people who are covering up for this stuff.

God's Judgment is coming to Waxahachie....so those who are in the know, you better start praying for forgiveness now...it's coming...and it's coming quick.

2nd Waxahachie Sex Ring Exposed

I originally said I didn't care what consenting adults did or do, as long as they are adults and they consent and there's not a hypocritical component to it.

Well, these are adults engaging in "swinger's" parties with very influential prominent people in Waxahachie. Mainly consisting of doctors, physicians, nurses and dentists. But they're consenting adults. That, I have no problem with. If they want to engage in all sorts of weird sexual behavior, provided they are adults and consenting ones at that, I don't care. Literally, I don't.

But in Duncanville, a swinger's club was raided by Cedar Hill/Duncanville police using a battering ram, SWAT teams, tactical units and the evidence recovered were all legal items: guns, cash, liquor. These were consenting adults engaging in private behavior. What was different about Duncanville was that they utilized a whole bunch of public resources -- parking lots, streets, sidewalks -- and mythical non-compliant permits and licenses to hold such businesses. Who cares, really? I don't. BestSouthwestBlog.com hit a popularity climax due to my blog's support for what consenting adults should be able to do -- behind closed doors.

However, the hypocrisy was evident: those influential, prominent people could engage in this sorta thing, but not if others did it, and if others did it, government would be used tos top it. It's like fighting the war on drugs and jailing non-violent drug offenders when cops at Ennis Police Dept. were guilty (none of them went to prison, though) of trafficking drugs straight on I-45. Hypocrisy sucks. That's where I draw a line.

And, another thing, the prominent people covering up for, and becoming character witnesses for, a man Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, to engage in alleged sexual crimes against little children are also members of this adult doctor Waxahachie sex ring.

That's hypocrisy.

But, carry on, doctors and nurses. I don't care as long as you are consenting adults. Maybe it's Dr. Bruce Hacker, the Ovilla "doctor" who is not licensed and has been jailed twice on fondling women but has never been prosecuted, who is behind this sex ring. Maybe that explains why he gets away scot-free.

I just don't like the hypocrisy. So if certain "elements" of society that were not influential and who wanted to swap out their wives and husbands to other couples' wives and husbands and did it behind private doors and didn't harm anyone, you wouldn't hear a peep out of me. Seriously, you wouldn't.

But when this spills out into hypocrisy, that's where I raise the bullhorn.

Waxahachie Sex Crime Ring | Big Name People, Media Hiding Crimes

There was a town where prominent people -- including the publisher of the Establishment newspaper -- covered up for some of the worst crimes involving children. No one believed the victims. The public rallied around these individuals who were prominent in the community, who ran the Boys/Girls Club, who knew U.S. presidents on a first name basis, who even sang the national anthem at the Dallas Republican Party convention. One man, a prominent lawyer and also a state lawmaker, took the allegations and investigated them, up until the entire operation came crashing down...and several people ended up dead, or in prison, or both.

Now, in Waxahachie, Texas, we have a similar situation. There is a crime ring so big that it is being covered up by the big political Establishment newspaper (the Waxahachie Daily Light) and includes the most prominent individuals in the county, and in the community. Those in the know call it "the circle." Much like the circle that encompasses our county in the form of the old SuperCollider, this circle is a demonic, Satanic, from-the-depths-of-Hell sinister plot to cover up for the worst crimes against children since The Franklin Cover-Up.

My stories and investigations into the local Child Protective Services (CPS) ripping families apart are nothing compared to this...but those CPS stories on top of each other have stacked into one gigantic piece of this child sex ring pie. The other pieces include how the WDL is covering up for these crimes. The other piece is how the Sheriff's Office, the Waxahachie PD, and the biggest banker in the county is helping cover up for these crimes.

Judges, lawyers and other prominent individuals were busted by the FBI in the late 80s, early 90s for being implicated in drug-running operations. Not a word was reported, but everyone involved got away scot-free.

Today, I had the pleasure to meet Tamara Yarbrough in Waxahachie, and came away sickened, but also full of confirmations as to why I am in Ellis County, and why The Ellis County Observer is located here, and why The Ellis County Press was originally started out to be placed here.

Tamara Yarbrough has a rap sheet. A fairly lengthy, controversial one. That is not an untrue statement.

But she has alleged, and I have assisted in linking, the worst crimes in our county, mostly occurring in Waxahachie. Within "the circle."

Why else would the WDL cover up for, say, the Dr. Chitale crimes? Chitale was a doctor in Ennis Regional Medical Center. He sedated patients as he molested them. This was covered up because at the time, Ennis Police were distracted by certain women-folk, including JoAnn Livingston of the WDL, who reportedly was screwing Lt. Ron Roark. This was kept hush-hush until the Dallas Morning News (excuse me, until I and The Dallas Morning News) blew a hole in the story. Livingston later apologized to Chitale's victims because she couldn't/wouldn't report on what was going on.

Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for (Google the words in bold) Judge Al Scoggins and Karen Weaver, not only their affair, but Karen Weaver's child molestation against four of her grandchildren?

Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for Sara Ruth Spector's CPS horror trail, and CPS offices in Waxahachie and Ennis snatching kids to put them with family members with long, lengthy drug abuses? Livingston and Spector are friends.

Why else would CPS lose a civil trial (jury trial) and then counter it with a district attorney-led criminal case, only to then be drowned again by a jury? Same family, two different venues and two similar outcomes: not guilty. Livingston and the prosecutors are best friends.

Why else would the Waxahachie PD allow their patrol supervisor, Lt. Billie Wiggins Pendleton, stay employed when she clearly had an affair with the former police chief Ted Garber and his daughter? She's an admitted psychopath, according to transcripts in the Robert Trevino Case.

So, back to Tamara Yarbrough...

She has four children, ages 23 to 11. She is married to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, who owns a roofing company and who is good friends with CNB Texas' Mark Singleton, a Waxahachie councilman. He also did work for the lady who owned Lynn's Check Cashing; He also knows and is friends with the Crownovers. He's friends with Joe Rust, the prominent real estate king. Rust even became a character witness for Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough during a divorce proceeding before Judge Al Scoggins. Kenneth Wayne wants to divorce Tamara for a few reasons...let's dive into those:
1) Judge Gene Calvert issued a protective order against Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough on behalf of the 11-year-old daughter, the only daughter between Kenneth Wayne and Tamara, in October 2009;

2) Kenneth Wayne filed for divorce shortly after that, and was, shockingly, given custody of the 11-year-old daughter per a CPS intervention;

3) Tamara, remember, has a rap sheet. Probation for 10 years, etc. Nothing in the order I read today bars her from seeing her daughter, but Kenneth Wayne has blocked all communication and visitation access to her daughter. I'm guessing those friends in high places helped Kenneth Wayne out. This is strictly conjecture, but, as history proves in this county, it is precisely the reason this stuff happens...

4) Calvert issued out of his Court at Law No. 2 the protective order because of physical and emotional abuse;

5) One day, before the divorce proceedings and the subsequent CPS intervention, the little 11-year-old daughter came to Tamara to tell her, "I have something I need to tell you." Before the child could repeat a word, Tamara took her to Waxahachie PD and wanted the 11-year-old to tell the police the allegations, so as to not make it look like she was coaching her child. WPD said they'd call the Gingerbread Advocacy Center, an organization that supposedly assists victims of child sex abuse. One look at their board of directors will show a who's who list of those who are (some, not all) helping perpetuating the cover up against the crimes against kids: CPS; the District Attorney; the WDL, just to name a few...

6) Tamara Yarbrough never received a call. But her daughter met with the Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor one day, and told them the allegations. I asked Tamara if her daughter ever told her...and Tamara said she didn't want to know for fear others would think she coached her child. The Dunaway officials, God bless them, called CPS and made the allegations from Tamara's daughter a "Priority No. 1," which is ISD lingo for "we have some serious problems here...and we need an investigation pronto."

7) Tamara later said that her daughter's journal confirmed that something had happened, while not going into detail (the journal was dated when her 11-year-old daughter wrote it, she said.)

8) Tamara and Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough have been married for 13 years.

9) Back in 1999, Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's then-16-year-old son Heath Yarbrough was sentenced to prison for raping Tamara's then-3-year-old son. Heath allegedly raped him anally. It was later alleged that Heath himself was molested as a child. Heath is now out of prison for raping the 3-year-old (who is now 23.) There were other allegations: Kenneth Wayne's son, Heath, had exposed himself to neighbor girls and also allegedly raped another boy.

10) Tamara's now-21-year-old daughter alleged that Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough raped her as well. The allegations came out of Fort Worth, where the 21-year-old daughter lived at the time. Tamara said she didn't believe her daughter for fear that her daughter was making it up because "she was mad at me." The allegations - two to be exact - were made, and the Waxahachie police reportedly arrested Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough. Remember those high places with friends? One of them happened to be a guy named Dusty Autrey, the owner (co?) of Triple A (AAA) Bail Bonds in Waxahachie. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was given a "walk-through" and arraigned without even being present before an unknown judge. Funny how things like that work...

11) The IRS letter sent to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's friends the Crownovers is a telling document...in it, the IRS says the Social Security number Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough uses is invalid, and has been. The IRS told Tamara Yarbrough, "I've never seen anything like this in my 30 years of working for the IRS. It was as if he was never born, never existed."

12) Tamara said her and Kenneth Wayne never had a bank account, but CNB Texas' Mark Singleton would -- with Kenneth Wayne's signature reportedly -- give him a "$1 million line of credit" --- all this, Tamara says, with no bank account.

13) KCK Roofing is located at 815 Cantrell Street south of downtown Waxahachie. It's now part of Brogdon Roofing. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough is friends with a James Brogdon. James Brogdon is the grandfather of a Jessica Brogdon, who Tamara said was in bed with Kenneth Wayne one day as she walked in (this was when Jessica was about 13 or 14.)...Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was "butt naked" with the young Jessica. Kenneth Wayne told her he was off his medications (had Jessica been my young daughter, Kenneth Wayne would have had two bullets in his head.) That might have explained why he was naked, but why was a young girl whose grandfather is now business partners with Yarbrough in his bed? Tamara Yarbrough said she told Cindy Brogdon, Jessica's mother. (Cindy is married to Cecil, who is also part of, or the sole owner of, Brogdon Roofing.)

14) The Case Numbers, for those interested in researching more, in both the Calvert protective order and the Scoggins divorce proceeding are: 79.619-D (Scoggins-divorce/CPS) and 7956CCL (Calvert-protective order.)

15) About Tamara Yarbrough's arrest rap sheet. Again, this is not to be covered up, or ignored. But Tamara Yarbrough said she has been put in jail for months at a time, or on weekends, or periods of time and not been given the reasons she was in jail. She's been told of court hearings that take place without her knowledge.

There's a sex crime ring in Ellis County, Texas, and more importantly, in Waxahachie. There's an even larger underground Satanic cult --- the same cult that was linked to the killing of an undercover MIdlothian police officer in 1987 --- operating.

We call these principalities and powers that we wage war against, and obviously, with one click of a mouse and the typing of a few words and names, one can find out that there is a sinister Satanic, demonic imaginary crime scene tape circulating Waxahachie.

And at the top of it all is a Franklin Cover-Up type of operation, with members in the most prominent positions of "our community."

I fully expect to be sued for this article that will hit my newspapers, but now the burden of proof is going to be on those alleged to have taken part in these crimes. Of course, I will issue any and all responses to these allegations made by Tamara Yarbrough. I have offered in the past whole pages and whole forums for those who disagree with what is written on this site to have their say.

But let's not hold any punches: there's a reason why law enforcement, CPS, the media has all conglomerated to cover up for the worst crimes against kids in this county.

Those character witnesses to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough ------------- alleged to have sodomized and raped little kids, as well as appearing naked in bed with a little girl -------------------- is another Who's Who list. Joe Rust. Rocky Stones (though he did not show up.) There are others...including the now 21-year-old daughter who said, "Mom needs to get help."

After reading this, we all need help. And we all need protection. Because Satan just got outed, and his powers and principalities and his agents who are covering up for these crimes are about to get judged. When I started The Ellis County Observer in October 2005, I told friends of mine, "God is going to bring judgment on Waxahachie."

Taxpayer-Funded Airport Manager Lied About Being 'Naval Aviator'

Taxpayers in Midlothian and Waxahachie continue to allow their city councils to babysit Mid-Way Regional Airport manager Andy Biery as he is once again shown to be lying about his military background (among other resume-padding items...such as prior airport management experience he never had.)

In any other case with any other person, lying about one's military background would be the death knell for (1) a political campaign for sure and (2) someone's career.




The Midlothian Chamber of Commerce, like past articles in the Waxahachie Daily Light, continue to repeat this disgrace. Now, Andy, what would Katy, Jack and Jett think about their dad being a pathological liar? Is this the truth you really want them to find out when they're old enough to research the Internet? "Mom, why is dad lying about his military service?" "Mom, why is dad all over the Internet and people saying bad things about him?"






Lies on top of lies on top of lies, Andy...pretty soon you're going to have to face the music.











As for Mark Singleton, Waxahachie's newest councilman, his campaign yard signs had "Accountability" plastered all over them. To whom, Mark? To what? Accountability to who, you? Mark Singleton has already worn out his term of office...I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I won't let that one-word on his campaign sign go unnoticed.






So far, the city councils and taxpayers in both towns are allowing a guy to lie about his military service. Pilots tell me he has mentioned his "naval aviator" experience numerous times. This is a lie. It is a disgrace, and those who really did serve in those capacities should not be insulted...






But hey, if that's what you want to tell Jack, Jett and Katy, then Andy, you have no conscience....no amount of Gospel singing and concerts will give you one, either.

Waxahachie Councilmen Spent $20,000 & $10,000 on Wins

According to new Republican Precinct 135 chairman Alan Maples last night (he ran for city council this year), the winners of the May 8 council election in Waxahachie spent $20,000 and $10,000. He didn't mention any names, but the three that ran and won were: Kevin Strength (top vote-getter); Mark Singleton (CNB Texas bank head honcho) and lawyer/incumbent John Wray.

My guess is that Singleton spent the most -- $20,000 -- to ascend to a non-paid, strictly volunteer job. Maples said he will be running for city council next year as well.

It's pretty obscene that one would spend $20,000 to win a city council race, but...I don't grudge someone who has the deep pockets to spend that much. The question becomes, though, that why the need to spend all that money for a position that doesn't pay anything?

Poll: 70% Say Mid-Way Regional Airport Manager Should be Fired

Andy Biery has created a cesspool and one that city officials in Midlothian and Waxahachie continue to cover up for. The big word on Waxahachie Councilman Mark Singleton's yard signs this year was "accountability." I am going to make sure he eats that word every. Single. Day. I'm tired of you people ignoring the plight of the pilots at Mid-Way Regional Airport. You either flat-out ignore it or you attempt to cover it up and hope it just goes away...



It's hard to cover up any further the total sham lies that Andy Biery claims he was a "naval aviator." He was an E-4 and served four years in the military. He was nowhere near an airplane's cockpit. He continues to claim he was a naval aviator, just like he and the Waxahachie Daily Light have claimed and have not retracted the statements that he managed an airport. He never did that either.



To top it all off, the pilots have a mutiny on their hands with this Gospel-singing scam artist. He works for the public being paid by tax dollars and no one wants to shoulder "accountability" for this.

It Costs $300 to Put Banners Up @ Waxahachie Farmer's Market

Perfect example of what happens when cities and their authoritarian policies and economic central planning do...for example, in downtown Waxahachie's case, the vendors at some of the Farmer's Market stands must pay a ridiculous $150 fee to put up a banner, and then pay another $150 fee to take it down. The estimates I received from participants were from $125 to $150, but this is outrageous.

Since we have a new city council, I fully expect these guys to do the right thing and end this horrendous insulting banner fee.

Mid-Way Regional Airport | Pilots Revolt Over Andy Biery

Mid-Way Regional Airport manager Andy Biery is no stranger to critcism from this blog, or of public opinion in general. It's just a mystery why this son of a federal judge* has allowed to run roughshod over pilots, companies that do/did business with the airport and has allowed to escape scrutiny for padding his resume with things like, "I'm a Naval aviator" and "I have previous airport management experience." Both are lies. Both are not true. Both are made-up. Both would have resulted in someone in the private sector disgraced from their job.

Andy Biery is a problem and a liability at Mid-Way Regional Airport, and his coddlers and handlers known as the Mid-Way Regional Airport Board with Paula Baucum as the chair have allowed this guy to continue unabated.

Taxpayers from Midlothian and Waxahachie subsidize the airport -- and Biery's salary -- annually, so it's only fair that I remain a stick in the side of the airport, since ultimately, the accountability is a public street. If this were a private airport and a private situation, I probably wouldn't care as much. But we're talking millions of dollars in government contracts that may or may not have been signed to do work at the airport. We're talking about Biery pissing off TxDOT and others with his fees and hypocritical policy changes...like these:

Recently several long-time Midway Airport residents moved to Dallas Executive Airport. Now, instead of airplanes, the vacated hangars are housing recreational vehicles and at least one car.

The gentleman in the RV in Hangar B6 appears to be staying in it. At 11:00 PM his car was parked outside, the RV was inside the closed hangar with the RV's air conditioner running, the sides expanded and the shades drawn.

So, we've recently lost an active aerial advertising business and a corporate turbine aircraft and this is what we are replacing them with? What was the purpose of all the meetings were every detail of the new leases was explored and the rules were examined so thoroughly? My husband and I were just asked to sign new leases for the three flight school hangars. Each lease contains the statement ". . . the leased premises shall be used solely for the storage of airworthy aircraft . . . "  To whom do these rules apply?

Let's not stop there...what about the welding taking place around hangars and planes -- quite risky at a government airport. Surely there would be some sort of safety precautions taking place...or surely the "professionals" running the airport could get a handle on their poodle, Andy Biery. See, that's what Andy Biery has become, the poodle of the political establishment. No matter his lack of airport experience (anywhere, not in Arlington, not in Lancaster...) or the fact he was never a Naval aviator. Ever.



The safety of everyone at that airport has been blogged about before. The photo above is direct evidence that Andy Biery has no idea what he is doing...allowing welding to take place like this...I know if that were my plane and my hangar and my insurance company saw this, the risk level would skyrocket...



So, Waxahachie Councilman Mark Singleton, what's so great about Paula's leadership over the airport board with the scores of evidence to the contrary about this Andy "Poodle" Biery? How can one sit by as the house burns and say, "well the lawn is nice and pretty at least!"




Maybe it was the intention of those involved to make Biery get the needed licks...oh well, when Ennis breaks ground on their massive airport, I guess we could stuff balloons and RVs at Mid-Way.

Waxahachie City Council | News, Notes & Theories

Just read The Ellis County Press article on the Waxahachie City Council meeting the other night...seems there is some additional funds left over from the 1999 taxpayer-approved, taxpayer-funded Civic Center bond package. The Civic Center is needing some repairs of some sort, so the council voted 3-2 to spend some extra funds and make those repairs. Councilmen John Wray and Kevin Strength were the dissenting votes. Councilman/Mayor Buck Jordan, Chuck "DWI" Beatty and Mark Singleton voted for it.

Some on the council were kinda upset that no one knows how to get to the Civic Center. It's located in a prime location: the huge fat X in our county of I-35 and Hwy 287. How the Waxahachie taxpayers can continue to subsidize the Chamber of Commerce and yet still people can't find this place is beyond unbelievable belief. I partially blame the highway engineers though, because the Civic Center is in fact tricky to navigate. It's like a maze...

Speaking of Beatty, he's still on the city council after a DWI arrest, and with that arrest from Hutchins PD, one thing was also found: "drug or narcotic equipment." It was a pipe. One thing that the Mothers Against Drunk Driving has not done: called for Beatty's resignation. Haven't even ISSUED A PRESS RELEASE about this incident.

Here's my theory about new Councilman Mark Singleton, who is the CNB Texas head-honcho...when state Rep. Jim Pitts, R-Waxahachie, decides to retire, I think, personally, that Singleton will have attained the status of the appointed mayor title, and what better way to run for office as 1) the guy who literally runs the entire Ellis County economy from his downtown Waxahachie business, and 2) the banker who has the title of mayor, and who showers everyone with lovely financial contributions. State Rep. Mark Singleton, R-Waxahachie, has a nice ring to it doesn't it?

And, last but not least, Brian Garlitz, who recently ran the Ellis County GOP's Web site before being smashed in the March 2 GOP primary for county chair (third of three candidates), stepped aside as a nominee for Mid-Way Regional Airport Board chair in deferrence to Midlothian's Paula Baucum, a former councilwoman. I like Brian, I like Paula, but I suspect there was something a bit more robotic here: Garlitz was a chess piece to ensure that Paula would get the nomination. It just had to look like someone from Waxahachie needed the role, so in deference to her, Brian took one for the team. Midlothian and Waxahachie each appoint three board members to manage the taxpayer-funded airport; the seventh is a chair that is on a rotating basis among both towns. Waxahachie loved Paula, so they wanted her to remain there.

That's just my theory. And I totally disagree with Mark Singleton's assessment that Paula is doing a glowingly wonderful job managing the airport board. Where's the Paula Baucum that taught me the value of not being a consensus-minded person, about fighting the good fight?

How in the world can someone say that airport board has even remotely been a success when the dilapidated resume-padding, incompetent moron known as airport manager Andy Biery has helped steer clients away from the airport, steered TxDOT away from mixing Andy with their asphalt, and helped make a gigantic mess out there? He has no airport management experience! Perhaps he's just a chess piece too...but no one can doubt that Andy Biery is not qualified to even build a model airplane, let alone manage them.

Waxahachie Daily Light Hit on House Fire Article

The Waxahachie Daily Light is notorious for their ads leaving out information, their articles being so warped with cover-ups of crooked politicians, misspellings beyond belief and other wayward things. Here's an example of a reader who takes issue with a recent story from reporter Paul Gauntt:
I don't even know where to start.. My house caught fire 6/9.more specifically my bedroom. As i'm watching the fire dept do there job, I see a chubby middle aged man stroll onto the scene..he was wearing a reflective vest with "press" written on the back.. Now i'm a ballsy feminist..no man can intimidate me..i knew exactly what this guy was doing.. So I calmly walked over to him and told him to leave. He looked at me and walked over to the fire chief. Then he disappeared. The next day a friend texts me and asks me if ive seen the paper. I get on wdl.com..and I hit the roof. First of all. He (paul gauntt) published our address. Were unlisted because my mom is a manager for a fortune 500 company. for our own safety. Second, he used our last name. I'm a type b personality, i'm a very private person. I felt exposed. Thirdly, he didn't have any facts in the case so he made things up. He said an overloaded surge protector caused the fire. a faulty tower fan was the cause. Then he said i was at home when the fire started. I wasn't. I came home to it. Lastly he said there was $8,000-10,000 in damages. How does he know that? There was over $40,000 in damages! The day after the article came out, I sent him an email clearly expressing my anger. Ive gotten no response. I can forward you the email if u want. I have a firm grasp on the first amendment right to freedom of the press. he put my business out there like he had every right to..don't I have a right to privacy? I lost everything I owned and this is a total kick in the teeth. What i'm asking you is, who do I have to light a fire under to make sure this doesn't happen to another family going through this tragedy? Your thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated. My response was that media/press people typically publish the names and addresses of incidents. It's routine. Hell, the New England newspapers I read had published the exact addresses for people who got arrested. However, the media/press don't have automatic entitlements to enter onto private property regardless of the incident. I for sure have done the same thing, but if I were asked to leave, I'd definitely leave...

And you folks can kiss my butt if you think I'm going to wear a wimpy-looking press vest. I know that's a requirement or some crap for wrecks on the side of the highway, but I refuse. I will show my press pass in my car and in my wallet, and that's it.

Do not attempt to restrict freedom of the press...

Mid-Way Regional Airport | Irate Customers Turned Away @ Balloon Event

I attempted to verify some reports from pilots, law enforcement and consumers that many were turned away last weekend from seeing the annual balloon festival at Mid-Way Regional Airport (a taxpayer-subsidized airport from the cities of Midlothian and Waxahachie), and with all due respect to the organizer of the event, this blog's role is not to focus on the nice, fuzzy, fluffy, sugar-coated stuff.

When people are pissed off that they wanted to pay $10 to see hot-air balloons float into the sky and were instead turned away because of the authoritarian liar-on-a-resume airport board manager, Andy Biery, I owe it to my readers and those who want a forum/voice to complain to provide such a service.

There's an entire stockpile of Andy Biery archives on Google if readers want to accumulate some quick knowledge...but the reports I received from angry law enforcement, irate consumers and others are that many were turned away...

Sadly, you didn't read that in the Waxahachie Daily Light or even The Ellis County Press. The WDL, though, to its credit, did run Andy Biery's resume background information that was totally bogus and full of more air than that which was pumped into those balloons.

UPDATED: Waxahachie ISD Repeals 'Dress Menu' While Proponents Absent

UPDATED: No surprise here, but the Waxahachie school board repealed the dress menu that WISD school board trustees enacted on a 4-3 vote in February. I guess the only way to get the establishment/WISD administration stance enacted is to make sure that contrarian voters Mark Price and Lorinda Yates are out of town...because they were out of town for this vote last night...

Big school board meeting tonight, and conveniently, trustees Mark Price and Lorinda Yates are out of town. They were two votes (along with the now-retired Jim Phillipps and trustee Evelyn Coleman) that voted for a dress menu in WISD that stipulated solid-color only clothing, no baggy pants, no suicide bombers, etc.

Well, so ironically convenient, but the WISD will take up this issue again tonight. The dress menu passed on a 4-3 vote in February, but with Yates and Price out of town, trustee Dr. Joe Langely and trustee Floyd Bates are looking to overturn that decision.

Last year's dress code was a bit more relaxed, but now, tonight...we could see some under-the-radar fireworks...and an even bigger finale once the truth about how the WISD administration has pulled a fast one when no one was looking --- or in town.
