Combine's city secretary still has not found CD-ROMs of Gmail/Hotmail e-mails that were illegally obtained in Combine police search warrants issued last fall. This all stems from me publishing a mug shot of ex-Combine cop William Achey on my blog. Then-"Detective" John Allen "Jay" Hoskins had me arrested and did all this bogus investigation crap on me because I refused to reveal the anonymous e-mail address that sent me the mug shot. I spent 12 days in jail for publishing a damn mug shot on this very blog...well, the reason the search warrant was illegal was because Hoskins listed 86th District Court Judge Howard Tygrett in the "injured party" list of the so-called probable cause affidavit (which included no probable cause.)
I submitted an open records request to Combine City Hall two weeks ago for those CD-ROMs that were turned over by Microsoft and Google...but Combine can't find them.
John Allen "Jay" Hoskins better turn those over if in fact his pork-and-beans little fingers took them with him to East Texas where he is currently in hiding...

ResponderEliminarAnd the charge that led us to Seagoville was not the one involving DOE, that was discovered when we went to arrest LUDWIG (both Ludwig and Chappell pled gulity to a lesser charge)- stemming from a drive by shooting in Combine.
ResponderEliminarDOE's offense was worked with SPD and CPD, with CPD taking the lead role as the evidence of the DOE crime was discovered pursuant to our arrest warrant.
So Francie- remember the next time you cry wolf claiming a bogus arrest- your ex husband and daughter are the ones who filed the complaint against you which led to the charges filed against all 3 of you. Its not like you weren't warned by the DAs office, CPS and 2 police departments to stay away from them pending the resolution of the issue.

ResponderEliminarOn 5/20/09 is when I called officer Hoskins asking why it was that he and my ex-husband were knowing with holding my run away daughter. Please be sure to check this with the Forney PD as she was listed as a run away child. This can also be validated witht the Seagoville PD... and with Lidwig you can check with Forney, Kaufman and seagoville I tried several time to have charges filed against this man!
This can also be checked with the DA in Kaufman
on May 21 My ex husband came to MY HOUSE! and started a argument at my house.
He continued to threaten every one here at my house. I was never charged with anything on the 21 of May when this all happened.
the paper were given to be on 5/22 so on 5/21 there was nothing in place to keep anyone in my family or extended family from speaking to Tim Forbes

You should have been sure to check with FPD and SPD before you jumped and took the word of an ex-husband and a 15 year old who was upset that her mother because she had filed charges against her 20 year old boyfirend!

The assistant da in Kaufman county told me that combine had only filed 3 cases in 2009 and they werent accepted thats what i was told.
ResponderEliminarOh yeah LOL, the evidence on this crime was worked by 5 yup 5 CPD officers. I took the affidavits and complaints and typed them up. Audio interviews, rape kits, you name it. Forensic evidence collected. And the crime they got arrested for was relating to the retaliation against the ex and the 16 year old for reporting dear ol mommy's actions, after CPS released her to the non custodial father's custody. In talking with Steve Allen, they were arrested after the court hearing where the issue had been addressed in court.

ResponderEliminarJust checked with TCLEOSE, and Chief Brian Robinson is still employed with the Combine Police Department, so wherever the information came from that Robinson was fired and told he didn't have a job is apparently inaccurate.

And as for Brian Robinson, the City Council voted after their last meeting that he would not be appointed the Chief of Police, and they are searching for his replacement. In fact, Kendra (which I believe is nepotism) is City Secretary and Police Corporal, working for her husband.
Once his replacement is selected (which I would expect in a month or so) he won't be there at least as Chief.

Those e-mails btw were in the files the night Steve Allen left Combine. The microsoft e-mails were also sent electronically from microsoft to the DOJ issued e-mail account. They were then stored on CD and signed in to the evidence room at the police department.

Ultimately, the Courts will decide on whether a blogger has journalism shield protection, but so far the Courts are split. Look at the Gawker media case with the IPHONE. A blogger, obviously in Judge Tygert's opinion was not a journalist. A cop only goes with what the Judge says. You dont even see an attorney questioning the judge "judge are you sure you know what you are doing".
ResponderEliminarSearch warrants are being used every day on bloggers. It appears that a blog is an attempt to shield one from liability, as that question is being raised more and more. So far there are rulings both ways.
And to clarify, you were paid by Michael Meissner to set up those sites? Is that what the payments he sent you were for? "Hoskins is about to be fully finished off". When I got those search warrants I did not know the hatred you had. It was not until Meissner's cell records came in that the story began to unfold- and the minute I saw you to collaborating against me, I turned it over to Robinson. I was investigating the Achey case, and found everything else.
As for the Tarrant Warrants, they were withdrawn by the Tarrant District Judge following Meissner being transferred on a 'dry writ" out of Dallas Co.

You didn't get prosecuted because the prosecutor decided he didnt want to prosecute it. That happens every day of the week. Get over it. Go get a real job.
The judges who issued the warrants said there was probable cause to issue them. Brian Robinson took the evidence, obtained with a lawful search warrant in which Judge Tygert said there was probable cause to issue them. Judge Cruzot after reviewing the evidence and Robinson's arrest warrant said that there was probable cause to arrest you. So he issued 3 warrants each against you, again sworn to by Robinson, and set your bonds at 1.5 million dollars. Robinson was produced ALL of the evidence, prepared affidavits, and had warrants issued for your arrest.
