Waxahachie Sex Crime Ring | CPS Orders Signed by Court Coordinator, Not Judge Al Scoggins
I just had the documents read off over the phone in the recent case involving a Franklin Cover-Up-like situation in Waxahachie -- the one where Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough is accused of anally raping his stepchildren, yet is protected by the highest levels of community leaders in Waxahachie.
Tonight's radio broadcast on EllisCountyRadio.com will hit on this issue more, but so far, here's what we've got:
-- Waxahachie's Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor spoke with Tamara Yarbrough's now-11-year-old daughter, got her story and immediately called CPS and made it a "Prirority 1" call. Tamara Yarbrough took her daughter to Waxahachie PD before this, spoke to - unfortunately - Cyndy Wiser - and nothing was done. Tamara did not want to hear the allegations for fear that someone would accuse her of making up the story. So the little daughter told her principal and guidance counselor.
-- CPS became involved, but they were working the other side...instead of taking this little 11-year-old girl who alleged that Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough -- protected by prominent members of "the Waxahachie community" -- out of harm's way, CPS was ordered to place the 11-year-old girl in the custody of KENNETH WAYNE YARBROUGH.
The Bombshell:
-- Documents read aloud over the phone just today reveal that 378th District Court Judge Al Scoggins' signature is nowhere on an amended motion for temporary orders or a temporary order possession --- but the signature of Carla Cobb, court coordinator, is. Carla Cobb might have some explaining to do from the early 90s in the whole Robert Trevino case (see below), but where it says JUDGE PRESIDING, it is blacked out --- in official court documents --- and her name is present.
So, no judge ordered the temporary orders or amended motion for temporary orders or signed off on any of it, but rather, his court coordinator did. How is this even legal and constitutional?
Side Note: Judge Gene Calvert granted a protective order to Tamara and her 11-year-old daughter because of "physical and emotional abuse." But Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough filed for divorce in the 378th District Court (Scoggins), and was able to get the CPS temporary order possession and amended motion for temporary orders granted --- not by Judge Scoggins, but by his court coordinator.
I'll be doing a lot of head-scratching on this one.
Perhaps a little history lesson from Robert Trevino, a Waxahachie political activist who was threatened by former City Manager Bob Sokoll that "someday someone might get rid of you," and sentenced to prison for false accusations by a literal Satanic cult (and the Waxahachie PD), can shed some light on an indirect or direct role Mrs. Carla Cobb might have had in these recent cases:

Sir, I want to thank you for writing to me and that God has put it in your heart to remember me and that the seed laid in fertile soil where it has prosperous by labor and prayers to God, who is able. (Exodus 2:23-25) where God heard the children of Israel cried out and their cry came up to God because of the bondage, their grooming, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob. And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God acknowledged them.
The story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50 – where Joseph was first sold by his brother then falsely accused of attempt of sexual assault sent to prison, but God used Joseph to save many people from dying. So I pray that God will use me here to save people too and raised Joseph to to Pharaoh in rank.
I have been incarcerated since 25, August 1995 falsely accused, tried by a specially all white jury who all had been a victim or a family loved one of a sex crime for a sure conviction. Defendent Vital Evidence withheld by Ellis County District Judge Gene Knize even when the judge outside the present of the jury acknowledged one of the main state witnesses Shawn Lankford impeach himself by a letter Shawn wrote to me on 4-12-1994 and proves Shawn fabricated his sexual assault charge against me. When Shawn filed his charge, it was in August 1994 after Patrick Lankford, his brother, had been filed “statutory rape” charge on a 12-year-old girl (Stacy Harris), who had been taken to the Waxahachie hospital emergency room for bleeding after having sex with Patrick for hours – no report on this was in court or the police reports which were taken at the ER room, nor the doctor’s DNA kit report, nor was Patrick Lankford an adult of 17 or 18 years old at the time when he had sex with Stacy Harris who was 12 years old. No arrest the police detective who had 4 1/2 years experience at the time as being in charge of crimes against persons and testify in court was Det. Billie Wiggins said that the reason she didn’t arrest Patrick was that no probable cause against this happened 4 August 1994 end at the tie of my trial 21 August 1995 after a year Det. Wiggins had not arrested Patrick but got Shawn, Patrick and his gang to file charges against me so Patrick would not go to court or prison! Patrick’s signed statement dated 23 Sept. 1994 where he first moved in my house was also withheld because it also proves that Patrick fabricated his charges saying he had moved into my house on 1st March or 1st April 1994; lied to Judge Gene Knize, withheld for a sure conviction.
Mr. Dauben, you got my permission to print this and any thing about my case and to talk wit attorney Udashen, 2301 Cedar Springs Road, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas.

Waxahachie Realtor Sticks Up for Man Accused of Sodomizing 11-Year-Old Girl
It's just getting more bizarre, isn't it? The character witness list of Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough before 378th District Court Judge Al Scoggins, R-Ennis, was like a Who's Who of the most prominent individuals in Waxahachie's "Circle" of political and business leaders.
One of those was none other than Realtor Joe Rust. Maybe you've seen the blue and white signs. Click Here: Archives on some of Rust's offspring and what they were guilty of doing in recent years...
Well let's just look at who this Who's Who list (of which I will have a full copy soon) has been character witnessing for:
-- Yarbrough has been accused of being fully naked with a then-13-year-old girl Jessica Brogdon; he told his wife Tamara Yarbough that he was "off his medications."
-- Yarbrough's son, then 16, anally raped Tamara's 3-year-old son and served time in prison for the act;
-- Yarbrough is accused by his 11-year-old daughter (reported by the courageous and heroic Waxahachie Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor) of anally raping her; Child Protective Services in Waxahachie placed this young little girl with Yarbrough, where she stays currently.
-- Republican Court at Law No. 2 Judge Gene Calvert, the HONORABLE judge, issues a protective order on behalf of the little 11-year-old girl and Tamara Yarbrough. Kenneth Wayne then walks down the street and files for divorce, and thus, magically like some Satanic tooth fairy visiting Waxahachie after washing his hands in the blood of the SuperCollider tunnels or something (or worse, maybe having sex with people writing for the Waxahachie Daily Light), has Judge Al Scoggins (Google "Al Scoggins & Karen Weaver") issue a custody order forcing CPS to give custody of the 11-year-old girl to Kenneth Wayne.
HOW DOES THIS SHIT HAPPEN??!?!?!?

-- Yarbrough has been accused of being fully naked with a then-13-year-old girl Jessica Brogdon; he told his wife Tamara Yarbough that he was "off his medications."
-- Yarbrough's son, then 16, anally raped Tamara's 3-year-old son and served time in prison for the act;
-- Yarbrough is accused by his 11-year-old daughter (reported by the courageous and heroic Waxahachie Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor) of anally raping her; Child Protective Services in Waxahachie placed this young little girl with Yarbrough, where she stays currently.
-- Republican Court at Law No. 2 Judge Gene Calvert, the HONORABLE judge, issues a protective order on behalf of the little 11-year-old girl and Tamara Yarbrough. Kenneth Wayne then walks down the street and files for divorce, and thus, magically like some Satanic tooth fairy visiting Waxahachie after washing his hands in the blood of the SuperCollider tunnels or something (or worse, maybe having sex with people writing for the Waxahachie Daily Light), has Judge Al Scoggins (Google "Al Scoggins & Karen Weaver") issue a custody order forcing CPS to give custody of the 11-year-old girl to Kenneth Wayne.

CPS 'Adminstratively Closes' Case Against County Judge Candidate
Brandy Lemmon Owen's bizarre Child Protective Services case was "administratively closed" this week. Owen is the Libertarian Party nominee for Ellis County Judge against Republican Carol Bush this fall. A true psychopath named Kirk Kleinsorge --- just do a Google search on "Kirk Kleinsorge" to read his bizarre behavior comments on this blog a few weeks ago --- (who was later thrown in jail after The Ellis County Observer exposed him) -- accused Owen of abuse of her children, of which she has six in all.
Owen told The Ellis County Observer that CPS in Ellis County administratively closed her case.

An excerpt from an update on what's going on in the ongoing fight against a halal (it's the Muslim-backed clean meat designation) slaughterhouse on the Southern Ellis/northern Navarro County line:

I originally said I didn't care what consenting adults did or do, as long as they are adults and they consent and there's not a hypocritical component to it.
Well, these are adults engaging in "swinger's" parties with very influential prominent people in Waxahachie. Mainly consisting of doctors, physicians, nurses and dentists. But they're consenting adults. That, I have no problem with. If they want to engage in all sorts of weird sexual behavior, provided they are adults and consenting ones at that, I don't care. Literally, I don't.
But in Duncanville, a swinger's club was raided by Cedar Hill/Duncanville police using a battering ram, SWAT teams, tactical units and the evidence recovered were all legal items: guns, cash, liquor. These were consenting adults engaging in private behavior. What was different about Duncanville was that they utilized a whole bunch of public resources -- parking lots, streets, sidewalks -- and mythical non-compliant permits and licenses to hold such businesses. Who cares, really? I don't. BestSouthwestBlog.com hit a popularity climax due to my blog's support for what consenting adults should be able to do -- behind closed doors.
However, the hypocrisy was evident: those influential, prominent people could engage in this sorta thing, but not if others did it, and if others did it, government would be used tos top it. It's like fighting the war on drugs and jailing non-violent drug offenders when cops at Ennis Police Dept. were guilty (none of them went to prison, though) of trafficking drugs straight on I-45. Hypocrisy sucks. That's where I draw a line.
And, another thing, the prominent people covering up for, and becoming character witnesses for, a man Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, to engage in alleged sexual crimes against little children are also members of this adult doctor Waxahachie sex ring.
That's hypocrisy.
But, carry on, doctors and nurses. I don't care as long as you are consenting adults. Maybe it's Dr. Bruce Hacker, the Ovilla "doctor" who is not licensed and has been jailed twice on fondling women but has never been prosecuted, who is behind this sex ring. Maybe that explains why he gets away scot-free.
I just don't like the hypocrisy. So if certain "elements" of society that were not influential and who wanted to swap out their wives and husbands to other couples' wives and husbands and did it behind private doors and didn't harm anyone, you wouldn't hear a peep out of me. Seriously, you wouldn't.

Waxahachie Sex Crime Ring | Big Name People, Media Hiding Crimes
There was a town where prominent people -- including the publisher of the Establishment newspaper -- covered up for some of the worst crimes involving children. No one believed the victims. The public rallied around these individuals who were prominent in the community, who ran the Boys/Girls Club, who knew U.S. presidents on a first name basis, who even sang the national anthem at the Dallas Republican Party convention. One man, a prominent lawyer and also a state lawmaker, took the allegations and investigated them, up until the entire operation came crashing down...and several people ended up dead, or in prison, or both.

Now, in Waxahachie, Texas, we have a similar situation. There is a crime ring so big that it is being covered up by the big political Establishment newspaper (the Waxahachie Daily Light) and includes the most prominent individuals in the county, and in the community. Those in the know call it "the circle." Much like the circle that encompasses our county in the form of the old SuperCollider, this circle is a demonic, Satanic, from-the-depths-of-Hell sinister plot to cover up for the worst crimes against children since The Franklin Cover-Up.
My stories and investigations into the local Child Protective Services (CPS) ripping families apart are nothing compared to this...but those CPS stories on top of each other have stacked into one gigantic piece of this child sex ring pie. The other pieces include how the WDL is covering up for these crimes. The other piece is how the Sheriff's Office, the Waxahachie PD, and the biggest banker in the county is helping cover up for these crimes.
Judges, lawyers and other prominent individuals were busted by the FBI in the late 80s, early 90s for being implicated in drug-running operations. Not a word was reported, but everyone involved got away scot-free.

Today, I had the pleasure to meet Tamara Yarbrough in Waxahachie, and came away sickened, but also full of confirmations as to why I am in Ellis County, and why The Ellis County Observer is located here, and why The Ellis County Press was originally started out to be placed here.
Tamara Yarbrough has a rap sheet. A fairly lengthy, controversial one. That is not an untrue statement.
But she has alleged, and I have assisted in linking, the worst crimes in our county, mostly occurring in Waxahachie. Within "the circle."
Why else would the WDL cover up for, say, the Dr. Chitale crimes? Chitale was a doctor in Ennis Regional Medical Center. He sedated patients as he molested them. This was covered up because at the time, Ennis Police were distracted by certain women-folk, including JoAnn Livingston of the WDL, who reportedly was screwing Lt. Ron Roark. This was kept hush-hush until the Dallas Morning News (excuse me, until I and The Dallas Morning News) blew a hole in the story. Livingston later apologized to Chitale's victims because she couldn't/wouldn't report on what was going on.
Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for (Google the words in bold) Judge Al Scoggins and Karen Weaver, not only their affair, but Karen Weaver's child molestation against four of her grandchildren?
Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for Sara Ruth Spector's CPS horror trail, and CPS offices in Waxahachie and Ennis snatching kids to put them with family members with long, lengthy drug abuses? Livingston and Spector are friends.
Why else would CPS lose a civil trial (jury trial) and then counter it with a district attorney-led criminal case, only to then be drowned again by a jury? Same family, two different venues and two similar outcomes: not guilty. Livingston and the prosecutors are best friends.
Why else would the Waxahachie PD allow their patrol supervisor, Lt. Billie Wiggins Pendleton, stay employed when she clearly had an affair with the former police chief Ted Garber and his daughter? She's an admitted psychopath, according to transcripts in the Robert Trevino Case.

So, back to Tamara Yarbrough...
She has four children, ages 23 to 11. She is married to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, who owns a roofing company and who is good friends with CNB Texas' Mark Singleton, a Waxahachie councilman. He also did work for the lady who owned Lynn's Check Cashing; He also knows and is friends with the Crownovers. He's friends with Joe Rust, the prominent real estate king. Rust even became a character witness for Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough during a divorce proceeding before Judge Al Scoggins. Kenneth Wayne wants to divorce Tamara for a few reasons...let's dive into those:
1) Judge Gene Calvert issued a protective order against Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough on behalf of the 11-year-old daughter, the only daughter between Kenneth Wayne and Tamara, in October 2009;
2) Kenneth Wayne filed for divorce shortly after that, and was, shockingly, given custody of the 11-year-old daughter per a CPS intervention;
3) Tamara, remember, has a rap sheet. Probation for 10 years, etc. Nothing in the order I read today bars her from seeing her daughter, but Kenneth Wayne has blocked all communication and visitation access to her daughter. I'm guessing those friends in high places helped Kenneth Wayne out. This is strictly conjecture, but, as history proves in this county, it is precisely the reason this stuff happens...
4) Calvert issued out of his Court at Law No. 2 the protective order because of physical and emotional abuse;
5) One day, before the divorce proceedings and the subsequent CPS intervention, the little 11-year-old daughter came to Tamara to tell her, "I have something I need to tell you." Before the child could repeat a word, Tamara took her to Waxahachie PD and wanted the 11-year-old to tell the police the allegations, so as to not make it look like she was coaching her child. WPD said they'd call the Gingerbread Advocacy Center, an organization that supposedly assists victims of child sex abuse. One look at their board of directors will show a who's who list of those who are (some, not all) helping perpetuating the cover up against the crimes against kids: CPS; the District Attorney; the WDL, just to name a few...
6) Tamara Yarbrough never received a call. But her daughter met with the Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor one day, and told them the allegations. I asked Tamara if her daughter ever told her...and Tamara said she didn't want to know for fear others would think she coached her child. The Dunaway officials, God bless them, called CPS and made the allegations from Tamara's daughter a "Priority No. 1," which is ISD lingo for "we have some serious problems here...and we need an investigation pronto."
7) Tamara later said that her daughter's journal confirmed that something had happened, while not going into detail (the journal was dated when her 11-year-old daughter wrote it, she said.)
8) Tamara and Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough have been married for 13 years.
9) Back in 1999, Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's then-16-year-old son Heath Yarbrough was sentenced to prison for raping Tamara's then-3-year-old son. Heath allegedly raped him anally. It was later alleged that Heath himself was molested as a child. Heath is now out of prison for raping the 3-year-old (who is now 23.) There were other allegations: Kenneth Wayne's son, Heath, had exposed himself to neighbor girls and also allegedly raped another boy.
10) Tamara's now-21-year-old daughter alleged that Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough raped her as well. The allegations came out of Fort Worth, where the 21-year-old daughter lived at the time. Tamara said she didn't believe her daughter for fear that her daughter was making it up because "she was mad at me." The allegations - two to be exact - were made, and the Waxahachie police reportedly arrested Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough. Remember those high places with friends? One of them happened to be a guy named Dusty Autrey, the owner (co?) of Triple A (AAA) Bail Bonds in Waxahachie. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was given a "walk-through" and arraigned without even being present before an unknown judge. Funny how things like that work...
11) The IRS letter sent to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's friends the Crownovers is a telling document...in it, the IRS says the Social Security number Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough uses is invalid, and has been. The IRS told Tamara Yarbrough, "I've never seen anything like this in my 30 years of working for the IRS. It was as if he was never born, never existed."
12) Tamara said her and Kenneth Wayne never had a bank account, but CNB Texas' Mark Singleton would -- with Kenneth Wayne's signature reportedly -- give him a "$1 million line of credit" --- all this, Tamara says, with no bank account.
13) KCK Roofing is located at 815 Cantrell Street south of downtown Waxahachie. It's now part of Brogdon Roofing. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough is friends with a James Brogdon. James Brogdon is the grandfather of a Jessica Brogdon, who Tamara said was in bed with Kenneth Wayne one day as she walked in (this was when Jessica was about 13 or 14.)...Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was "butt naked" with the young Jessica. Kenneth Wayne told her he was off his medications (had Jessica been my young daughter, Kenneth Wayne would have had two bullets in his head.) That might have explained why he was naked, but why was a young girl whose grandfather is now business partners with Yarbrough in his bed? Tamara Yarbrough said she told Cindy Brogdon, Jessica's mother. (Cindy is married to Cecil, who is also part of, or the sole owner of, Brogdon Roofing.)
14) The Case Numbers, for those interested in researching more, in both the Calvert protective order and the Scoggins divorce proceeding are: 79.619-D (Scoggins-divorce/CPS) and 7956CCL (Calvert-protective order.)
15) About Tamara Yarbrough's arrest rap sheet. Again, this is not to be covered up, or ignored. But Tamara Yarbrough said she has been put in jail for months at a time, or on weekends, or periods of time and not been given the reasons she was in jail. She's been told of court hearings that take place without her knowledge.

There's a sex crime ring in Ellis County, Texas, and more importantly, in Waxahachie. There's an even larger underground Satanic cult --- the same cult that was linked to the killing of an undercover MIdlothian police officer in 1987 --- operating.
We call these principalities and powers that we wage war against, and obviously, with one click of a mouse and the typing of a few words and names, one can find out that there is a sinister Satanic, demonic imaginary crime scene tape circulating Waxahachie.
And at the top of it all is a Franklin Cover-Up type of operation, with members in the most prominent positions of "our community."
I fully expect to be sued for this article that will hit my newspapers, but now the burden of proof is going to be on those alleged to have taken part in these crimes. Of course, I will issue any and all responses to these allegations made by Tamara Yarbrough. I have offered in the past whole pages and whole forums for those who disagree with what is written on this site to have their say.
But let's not hold any punches: there's a reason why law enforcement, CPS, the media has all conglomerated to cover up for the worst crimes against kids in this county.

There is a crime ring so big that it is being covered up by the big political Establishment newspaper (the Waxahachie Daily Light) and includes the most prominent individuals in the county, and in the community. Those in the know call it "the circle." Much like the circle that encompasses our county in the form of the old SuperCollider, this circle is a demonic, Satanic, from-the-depths-of-Hell sinister plot to cover up for the worst crimes against children since The Franklin Cover-Up.
My stories and investigations into the local Child Protective Services (CPS) ripping families apart are nothing compared to this...but those CPS stories on top of each other have stacked into one gigantic piece of this child sex ring pie. The other pieces include how the WDL is covering up for these crimes. The other piece is how the Sheriff's Office, the Waxahachie PD, and the biggest banker in the county is helping cover up for these crimes.
Judges, lawyers and other prominent individuals were busted by the FBI in the late 80s, early 90s for being implicated in drug-running operations. Not a word was reported, but everyone involved got away scot-free.

Today, I had the pleasure to meet Tamara Yarbrough in Waxahachie, and came away sickened, but also full of confirmations as to why I am in Ellis County, and why The Ellis County Observer is located here, and why The Ellis County Press was originally started out to be placed here.
Tamara Yarbrough has a rap sheet. A fairly lengthy, controversial one. That is not an untrue statement.
But she has alleged, and I have assisted in linking, the worst crimes in our county, mostly occurring in Waxahachie. Within "the circle."
Why else would the WDL cover up for, say, the Dr. Chitale crimes? Chitale was a doctor in Ennis Regional Medical Center. He sedated patients as he molested them. This was covered up because at the time, Ennis Police were distracted by certain women-folk, including JoAnn Livingston of the WDL, who reportedly was screwing Lt. Ron Roark. This was kept hush-hush until the Dallas Morning News (excuse me, until I and The Dallas Morning News) blew a hole in the story. Livingston later apologized to Chitale's victims because she couldn't/wouldn't report on what was going on.
Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for (Google the words in bold) Judge Al Scoggins and Karen Weaver, not only their affair, but Karen Weaver's child molestation against four of her grandchildren?
Why else would the WDL and law enforcement cover up for Sara Ruth Spector's CPS horror trail, and CPS offices in Waxahachie and Ennis snatching kids to put them with family members with long, lengthy drug abuses? Livingston and Spector are friends.
Why else would CPS lose a civil trial (jury trial) and then counter it with a district attorney-led criminal case, only to then be drowned again by a jury? Same family, two different venues and two similar outcomes: not guilty. Livingston and the prosecutors are best friends.
Why else would the Waxahachie PD allow their patrol supervisor, Lt. Billie Wiggins Pendleton, stay employed when she clearly had an affair with the former police chief Ted Garber and his daughter? She's an admitted psychopath, according to transcripts in the Robert Trevino Case.

So, back to Tamara Yarbrough...
She has four children, ages 23 to 11. She is married to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough, who owns a roofing company and who is good friends with CNB Texas' Mark Singleton, a Waxahachie councilman. He also did work for the lady who owned Lynn's Check Cashing; He also knows and is friends with the Crownovers. He's friends with Joe Rust, the prominent real estate king. Rust even became a character witness for Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough during a divorce proceeding before Judge Al Scoggins. Kenneth Wayne wants to divorce Tamara for a few reasons...let's dive into those:
1) Judge Gene Calvert issued a protective order against Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough on behalf of the 11-year-old daughter, the only daughter between Kenneth Wayne and Tamara, in October 2009;
2) Kenneth Wayne filed for divorce shortly after that, and was, shockingly, given custody of the 11-year-old daughter per a CPS intervention;
3) Tamara, remember, has a rap sheet. Probation for 10 years, etc. Nothing in the order I read today bars her from seeing her daughter, but Kenneth Wayne has blocked all communication and visitation access to her daughter. I'm guessing those friends in high places helped Kenneth Wayne out. This is strictly conjecture, but, as history proves in this county, it is precisely the reason this stuff happens...
4) Calvert issued out of his Court at Law No. 2 the protective order because of physical and emotional abuse;
5) One day, before the divorce proceedings and the subsequent CPS intervention, the little 11-year-old daughter came to Tamara to tell her, "I have something I need to tell you." Before the child could repeat a word, Tamara took her to Waxahachie PD and wanted the 11-year-old to tell the police the allegations, so as to not make it look like she was coaching her child. WPD said they'd call the Gingerbread Advocacy Center, an organization that supposedly assists victims of child sex abuse. One look at their board of directors will show a who's who list of those who are (some, not all) helping perpetuating the cover up against the crimes against kids: CPS; the District Attorney; the WDL, just to name a few...
6) Tamara Yarbrough never received a call. But her daughter met with the Dunaway Elementary principal and guidance counselor one day, and told them the allegations. I asked Tamara if her daughter ever told her...and Tamara said she didn't want to know for fear others would think she coached her child. The Dunaway officials, God bless them, called CPS and made the allegations from Tamara's daughter a "Priority No. 1," which is ISD lingo for "we have some serious problems here...and we need an investigation pronto."
7) Tamara later said that her daughter's journal confirmed that something had happened, while not going into detail (the journal was dated when her 11-year-old daughter wrote it, she said.)
8) Tamara and Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough have been married for 13 years.
9) Back in 1999, Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's then-16-year-old son Heath Yarbrough was sentenced to prison for raping Tamara's then-3-year-old son. Heath allegedly raped him anally. It was later alleged that Heath himself was molested as a child. Heath is now out of prison for raping the 3-year-old (who is now 23.) There were other allegations: Kenneth Wayne's son, Heath, had exposed himself to neighbor girls and also allegedly raped another boy.
10) Tamara's now-21-year-old daughter alleged that Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough raped her as well. The allegations came out of Fort Worth, where the 21-year-old daughter lived at the time. Tamara said she didn't believe her daughter for fear that her daughter was making it up because "she was mad at me." The allegations - two to be exact - were made, and the Waxahachie police reportedly arrested Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough. Remember those high places with friends? One of them happened to be a guy named Dusty Autrey, the owner (co?) of Triple A (AAA) Bail Bonds in Waxahachie. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was given a "walk-through" and arraigned without even being present before an unknown judge. Funny how things like that work...
11) The IRS letter sent to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough's friends the Crownovers is a telling document...in it, the IRS says the Social Security number Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough uses is invalid, and has been. The IRS told Tamara Yarbrough, "I've never seen anything like this in my 30 years of working for the IRS. It was as if he was never born, never existed."
12) Tamara said her and Kenneth Wayne never had a bank account, but CNB Texas' Mark Singleton would -- with Kenneth Wayne's signature reportedly -- give him a "$1 million line of credit" --- all this, Tamara says, with no bank account.
13) KCK Roofing is located at 815 Cantrell Street south of downtown Waxahachie. It's now part of Brogdon Roofing. Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough is friends with a James Brogdon. James Brogdon is the grandfather of a Jessica Brogdon, who Tamara said was in bed with Kenneth Wayne one day as she walked in (this was when Jessica was about 13 or 14.)...Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was "butt naked" with the young Jessica. Kenneth Wayne told her he was off his medications (had Jessica been my young daughter, Kenneth Wayne would have had two bullets in his head.) That might have explained why he was naked, but why was a young girl whose grandfather is now business partners with Yarbrough in his bed? Tamara Yarbrough said she told Cindy Brogdon, Jessica's mother. (Cindy is married to Cecil, who is also part of, or the sole owner of, Brogdon Roofing.)
14) The Case Numbers, for those interested in researching more, in both the Calvert protective order and the Scoggins divorce proceeding are: 79.619-D (Scoggins-divorce/CPS) and 7956CCL (Calvert-protective order.)
15) About Tamara Yarbrough's arrest rap sheet. Again, this is not to be covered up, or ignored. But Tamara Yarbrough said she has been put in jail for months at a time, or on weekends, or periods of time and not been given the reasons she was in jail. She's been told of court hearings that take place without her knowledge.

There's a sex crime ring in Ellis County, Texas, and more importantly, in Waxahachie. There's an even larger underground Satanic cult --- the same cult that was linked to the killing of an undercover MIdlothian police officer in 1987 --- operating.
We call these principalities and powers that we wage war against, and obviously, with one click of a mouse and the typing of a few words and names, one can find out that there is a sinister Satanic, demonic imaginary crime scene tape circulating Waxahachie.
And at the top of it all is a Franklin Cover-Up type of operation, with members in the most prominent positions of "our community."
I fully expect to be sued for this article that will hit my newspapers, but now the burden of proof is going to be on those alleged to have taken part in these crimes. Of course, I will issue any and all responses to these allegations made by Tamara Yarbrough. I have offered in the past whole pages and whole forums for those who disagree with what is written on this site to have their say.
But let's not hold any punches: there's a reason why law enforcement, CPS, the media has all conglomerated to cover up for the worst crimes against kids in this county.
Those character witnesses to Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough ------------- alleged to have sodomized and raped little kids, as well as appearing naked in bed with a little girl -------------------- is another Who's Who list. Joe Rust. Rocky Stones (though he did not show up.) There are others...including the now 21-year-old daughter who said, "Mom needs to get help."
After reading this, we all need help. And we all need protection. Because Satan just got outed, and his powers and principalities and his agents who are covering up for these crimes are about to get judged. When I started The Ellis County Observer in October 2005, I told friends of mine, "God is going to bring judgment on Waxahachie."

Just a few polls to tide everyone over while I coordinate some newspaper expansion plans and run a few errands, and meet up with another parent with a CPS horror story...
This next poll centers on whether or not voters would choose an atheist to be County/District Attorney. Since prosecutor Patrick M. Wilson is an avowed atheist, according to co-workers and defense lawyers, and is also rumored to be seeking the DA seat in 2012, this poll is relevant now.
Here's a poll that its contents have been discussed periodically the past few days in respect to my false arrest and false imprisonment last fall at the hands of Combine Police Dept. There are numerous e-mails that Combine Detective John Allen "Jay-Jay" Hoskins sent to defense lawyer Mark Griffith both during my time in jail and after I got out. He attempted to use his badge even when I got out of jail to silence this blog, to have material removed and comments deleted and moderated. He also gave extremely important facts of his department's "investigation" in these e-mails. In one e-mail, Hoskins asks Griffith to have CrookedCombine.com, GypsyCopJay.com taken down completely. He also requested in the same e-mail to have ECO comments moderated and put on hiatus. Child Protective Services Warfare
I want to help fight for children in our county, and I want to continue to show Child Protective Services that they will not violate the trust and the rights of parents and children. There is a long storied timeline of my involvement (via the newspaper and the blog) in CPS matters --- on behalf of parents and children who are plucked out of the homes and turned over to deadbeats, drug-abusers and other sick elements. But, I want to renew the call to help those who have horror stories who want those stories to be told.
If the other papers won't print it, I will. And I will make sure that every taxpayer has at their disposal the full list of employees/staff/investigators at the CPS offices in Ennis, Waxahachie and elsewhere, how much money they make and their resume information.

Food for Thought: There is No 'Great Tribulation,' Third Temple, Rapture
Since my career highlights have taken out two of the most corrupt individuals in Ellis County politics today (Gene Knize and soon, Joe Grubbs), which was done through two primary elections ('06, '08...ask yourself: if they were not phased by this blog, why retire?), I'm injecting a lot more study, research and questioning into the mainstream, mainline Christian "prophecy" movement. It's a pretty massive paradigm shift to go under the impression that there won't be a world political leader known as the Antichrist, or a Great Tribulation, or the reconstruction of the Third Temple...basically, there will not be a story and plotline as current mainstream Christian prophecy teaches it.
Which is why, Exploding the Israel Deception by Steve Wohlberg is such a massive full-scale, shred-all-semblance-of-prophetic comfort. I've never bought into this myth that the "Church" was going to be raptured out of the earth before "the really bad things happen." Come to find out, the various points and doubts I had about mainline Christianity's prophecy arm started re-appearing in Wohlberg's book, as if to say these were confirmations that what I had questioned...this book had answered.
I seriously fully doubt that Muslims will allow for the construction of the Third Temple in a location they currently control. It just ain't gonna happen (in Revelation, the Temple is always followed by, "in Heaven." So there's a Temple alright...in Heaven.) The rapture is a big money-maker theory, but one only has to study the Biblical feasts (seven in all) to show the pattern and plan God has for the world stage.
If no Antichrist world political leader, then who? I've always thought the Roman papacy is and was the counterfeit --- and has built upon this earth the massive "antichrist doth already at work" Paul taught and wrote about in the first century. Kinda like Judas Iscariot right? Don't oppose someone by opposing them outright, but oppose them by being, talking, acting like them...plus, the St. Malachy prophecy that predicts 112 popes is and has been right on for 400, 500 years. We are on Pope No. 111 right now. Peter the Roman is the next in line. Flee to the hills when you see that guy come on the world stage...
Steve Wolhlberg is a Jewish Christian, and his short 130-page book was consumed in two hours today. This is a book that will destroy the mainline Christian prophetic movement, if I'm able to get the media empire in place large enough to broadcast it. Don't think I haven't harbored visions and goals of one day making the "paper-azzi" that I am building launch me full into the radio and TV side of things eventually...
With the right amount of teachers, media outlets, etc., Exploding the Israel Deception could be one massive meteor in the conventional wisdom we have about "Bible prophecy."

Early Changes to the Ellis County Adult Probation Dept.
This is somewhat bittersweet, as my first real Torah teacher, William "Bill" Riley, has left for his home state of Wisconsin. He taught drilled into me the line-by-line, verse-by-verse concepts of the Torah and the New Testament's Hebraic tradition from 2002 to 2009. Waxahachie and Ellis County will be missing a massive piece to the Torah puzzle now that he's gone. The status of Olive Tree Ministries is up in the air as well, unfortunately. Someone needs to fill the void.
On the other side, Riley served as an adult probation officer for Ellis County. It was a conversation with him about Kevin's House (and the dismissal of allegations against director Richard Jackson) several years ago that led to the dismantling of the entire underreported chaos that was the half-way house...which, by the way, is now back in business under a new name: "Boarding House." I for one would not cry one tear if that place imploded or one of Jackson's many victims of sexual and economic assault torched the place. Jackson is still working in Ellis County, but lives in Keller where certain individuals' probation sentences are carried out in the man's house. Truly disturbing.
But let's keep things separate: one side is the religious upbringing, the second is what what does professionally. Some people, for whatever emotional blindness they have, will mix the two, but I can honestly say Riley was the best teacher I've ever had.
The Adult Probation Department gets a new boss on Jan. 1, 2011, as Bob Carroll takes over from the tyrannical Judge Gene Knize, R-Ennis.

Combine City Council Agenda | Monday, July 12, 2010
Two big items on the agenda: discussion and information about the civil rights lawsuit I recently filed against Combine, Texas for last fall's false arrest, false imprisonment and the status and employment duties of the police department and police chief. The story is looking good: I get arrested for publishing a mug shot of a Combine reserve on my blog, get thrown in jail by a volunteer cop who used to write for me but was fired, I walk out a free man, and, the entire police department goes unemployed.
The last part of the lawsuit filed in 86th District Court was a colorful request: WE REQUEST A TRIAL BY JURY.

378th District Court | Dan Gus Rumors Ramp Up
I spoke with Red Oak lawyer Dan Gus at last week's Republican Party Executive Committee meeting about the rumors I had been hearing that mention he will be one of the front-runners to getting the 378th District Court appointment next year when Judge Al Scoggins, R-Ennis, ascends to the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco. Gov. Rick Perry will make the appointment, unless the governor does not win re-election, and therefore, maybe Bill White will be the one to appoint someone.
The 378th District Court is the family/divorce/custody venue. It was created in 1995 by the stroke of George W. Bush's pen. Scoggins has never had an opponent for the seat since he was picked as the jurist for the court, but so far, there are three lawyers vying to become Scoggins' replacement:
1) Ron Wilkinson ---- too old; he's an ex-Waxahachie councilman/mayor; also lost the 40th District Court primary on March 2, finishing third out of four.
2) Kendall Drew ---- Don't know much about him other than he's family law through-and-through.
3) Dan Gus --- also lost the 40th District Court race, finishing last.
4) Kevin McDonnell -- so there are really four. I only mention Kevin because I haven't put his name on my blog in a long time. Plus...it'd be an easy conversation starter since he, too, has considerable family law experience.
Okay, so when pressed on the matter, Dan Gus was saying it was "news to him" that he was on the rumor circulation circuit in downtown Waxahachie, but recently, he's taken more of a look at this potential appointment.
The appointed judge would serve out Scoggins' term until the 2012 primary if and when or should that become a contested one.
The Waxahachie Daily Light -- shortly after she lost the April 13 run-off to Bob Carroll in the 40th District Court race -- pitched Cindy Ermatinger's name as the replacement. If there's ever another district court created, I can see Ermatinger being in that one, especially as it relates to felony cases. Family law, nah, let's stick a family law lawyer in that one.
As much as you folks out there hate how our former county judge played chess with the political structure out there, Chad Adams is going to be (if he hasn't already) the sought-after guy because he alone in this county has the eager ear of Gov. Perry. This is just "observational conjecture," but get in good with Chad, and you could get Rick Perry's ear.
Does anyone else find it strange that for the first time ever, the WDL did not issue an endorsement in the 40th District Court race?
The 378th District Court is the family/divorce/custody venue. It was created in 1995 by the stroke of George W. Bush's pen. Scoggins has never had an opponent for the seat since he was picked as the jurist for the court, but so far, there are three lawyers vying to become Scoggins' replacement:
1) Ron Wilkinson ---- too old; he's an ex-Waxahachie councilman/mayor; also lost the 40th District Court primary on March 2, finishing third out of four.
2) Kendall Drew ---- Don't know much about him other than he's family law through-and-through.
3) Dan Gus --- also lost the 40th District Court race, finishing last.
4) Kevin McDonnell -- so there are really four. I only mention Kevin because I haven't put his name on my blog in a long time. Plus...it'd be an easy conversation starter since he, too, has considerable family law experience.
Okay, so when pressed on the matter, Dan Gus was saying it was "news to him" that he was on the rumor circulation circuit in downtown Waxahachie, but recently, he's taken more of a look at this potential appointment.
The appointed judge would serve out Scoggins' term until the 2012 primary if and when or should that become a contested one.
The Waxahachie Daily Light -- shortly after she lost the April 13 run-off to Bob Carroll in the 40th District Court race -- pitched Cindy Ermatinger's name as the replacement. If there's ever another district court created, I can see Ermatinger being in that one, especially as it relates to felony cases. Family law, nah, let's stick a family law lawyer in that one.

Texas GOP $750,000 in Debt
We were lied to at the GOP convention a few weeeks ago. There's a lot more to the story to be told now that new GOP chair Steve Munisteri and his army of accountants have scoured documents and books and vendor contracts that look all sorts of "good 'ol boy."
The report that the Texas GOP was $750,000 in debt was made Tuesday at the Republican Party of Ellis County executive committee. The local party still has not found a permanent headquarters, but the fundraising is picking up thanks to chair Dan Davis' $100 Club.
Excalibur Printing has also donated thousands of dollars worth of printing to the Ellis County GOP, as well as to the Ellis County Young Republicans. This proves the grassroots have a printing operation as well. We don't need high-priced consultants all the time you know...

Combine Lawsuit Update: E-Mail Bombshell Unloaded
Yesterday, it was revealed in a stack of e-mails to Waxahachie defense lawyer Mark Griffith that ex-Combine Detective John Allen Hoskins attempted to use his badge to have The Ellis County Observer shut down, as well as articles, YouTube videos, TCLEOSE documents and user comments deleted that discussed his Combine arrest. Dauben was arrested for publishing a mug shot of ex-Combine Reserve Police Officer William Achey on the blog.

Dauben was arrested Monday, September 14th and released Friday, September 25th. Dallas County prosecutors refused to take the case and rejected Combine's Case on Friday, September 18th, which would have made Dauben a free man.
"They kept me in jail for six extra days," Dauben said recently.

Sara Ruth Spector Flashback | Child Endangerment in Ennis, Meth-Using Dad in Waxahachie
The Waxahachie Daily Light reported today that an Ennis child endangerment case has been filed because a small child was left unattended and there was marijuana within reach.
It's a comical irony that JoAnn Livingston would see fit to report on this, yet totally cover up for her best friend, Sara Ruth Spector, formerly a CPS attorney in County/District Attorney Joe Grubbs' office. If one wants to know why I got to picking on Spector, it's because of this case right here:
-- Natasha Bryant's child was given to a father who had never even met his infant son. This "father" was a total deadbeat, admitting to, and testing positive for, meth use and these infamous photos that were published in a front page article I did for The Ellis County Press:

Mmm, classy. Sara Ruth Spector argued that a child this guy had never before seen before be allowed custody, despite the evidence that he was an admitted drug user (tested positive for it, too) and made out with a 15-year-old tramp.
The mother (Natasha Bryant) with 10-month-old Landon and 7-year-old Abigail.
The video that ECP reporter Megan Gray took showed/shows Sara Ruth Spector outside of a hearing in the Bryant case. Sara Ruth Spector had just requested that Judge Greg Wilhelm not allow anything to be published about the case on my blog or in the paper. He refused the request. And Sara Ruth Spector got her just reward: being caught on tape conferring with a local lawyer. The discussion probably centered on taking Bryant's kids away and giving them to a meth-using, underage girl-banging deadbeat.
JoAnn Livingston never wrote a word on this case. Her credibility is completely shot to smithereens though.
And then recently, Sara Ruth Spector was found out to have left Ellis County because she feared for her safety as a result of this blog...the bitch ought to be scared shitless, for her entire career is out and around the World Wide Web. She ought pray that I don't find every family with a CPS case and notify them of her wicked family-destroying ways. That's why I bought SaraSpector.com, so that parents and others can be warned about her. Sara Ruth Spector resigned after this electronic lynching, and the bitch admitted to being in fear of her safety due to what this blog was publishing.
Of course, no physical threat was ever conveyed, nor will it ever since my pen, my keyboard and my arsenal of video and digital cameras have taken care of little problems like Spector. Unfortunately for Comal County, Texas, they must deal with the psycho-Sara. She once called in a suicide attempt -- that's according to a dispatcher who received and routed the call. Her brother and father are both psychologists. She's not married, and has no children. So her credibility in mandating via the court system of how parents should raise families is beyond anything worth a damn.
I don't usually refer to women as bitches, but this is a word that is used routinely to describe Spector and her little family-shredding minions still working in our county.
There's a reason people come to me and this blog when they have CPS horror stories. It's because I can shine the biggest light in the county on all of the problems...and force out people from their jobs if I have to...Spector doesn't need to worry about me ever inflicting physical-anything on her or anyone. A Magazine Interview?
Nothing is definite yet, but a Dallas magazine wants to pitch a story about my Freedom of the Press Group newspaper empire that I'm building. The editors of this magazine* have to green light the idea first, but I'm hoping this early pitch of publicity will benefit those in the towns of Frost, Rice, Venus, Maypearl, Milford, Italy and Palmer, where my FOTP Group newspapers are being launched (note: I've already had six months of The Palmer Post under my belt.)

Greens in 2 Dallas County Races Could Be Removed
With the recent ruling that allows the Green Party on the Nov. 2 ballot, its candidates for Dallas County races are getting The Ellis County Observer's scrutiny:
--If Joy Vidheecharoen-Glatz filed for Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 in Dallas County, she'll be tossed off the ballot I"m sure since there are additional "places" in Precinct 3. So it would be something like, Precinct 3, Place 1, etc.
--I don't see how there will be any way the Dallas County surveyor candidate (Jeffery Glatz) will be listed on the ballot for a position that does not exist -- unless I'm mistaken and there's a Constitutional amendment somewhere that abolished the position.
--The Greens will make the race for county clerk (Esther Choi) a four-way contest that already features a Republican, an incumbent Democrat and a Libertarian. This race could actually give the Republican the win if the Green and Libertarian votes pull enough away from the incumbent.
It's likely that the Greens' Texas Comptroller candidate will secure enough votes and a big enough voting percentage to give the fourth-party automatic ballot access in 2012, at which point that would open Ellis County's Green Party contact (shhh, no one is supposed to know that yet) to field and recruit candidates.

Taxpayer-Funded Airport Manager Lied About Being 'Naval Aviator'
Taxpayers in Midlothian and Waxahachie continue to allow their city councils to babysit Mid-Way Regional Airport manager Andy Biery as he is once again shown to be lying about his military background (among other resume-padding items...such as prior airport management experience he never had.)
In any other case with any other person, lying about one's military background would be the death knell for (1) a political campaign for sure and (2) someone's career.
The Midlothian Chamber of Commerce, like past articles in the Waxahachie Daily Light, continue to repeat this disgrace. Now, Andy, what would Katy, Jack and Jett think about their dad being a pathological liar? Is this the truth you really want them to find out when they're old enough to research the Internet? "Mom, why is dad lying about his military service?" "Mom, why is dad all over the Internet and people saying bad things about him?"
Lies on top of lies on top of lies, Andy...pretty soon you're going to have to face the music.
As for Mark Singleton, Waxahachie's newest councilman, his campaign yard signs had "Accountability" plastered all over them. To whom, Mark? To what? Accountability to who, you? Mark Singleton has already worn out his term of office...I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I won't let that one-word on his campaign sign go unnoticed.
So far, the city councils and taxpayers in both towns are allowing a guy to lie about his military service. Pilots tell me he has mentioned his "naval aviator" experience numerous times. This is a lie. It is a disgrace, and those who really did serve in those capacities should not be insulted...

According to new Republican Precinct 135 chairman Alan Maples last night (he ran for city council this year), the winners of the May 8 council election in Waxahachie spent $20,000 and $10,000. He didn't mention any names, but the three that ran and won were: Kevin Strength (top vote-getter); Mark Singleton (CNB Texas bank head honcho) and lawyer/incumbent John Wray.
My guess is that Singleton spent the most -- $20,000 -- to ascend to a non-paid, strictly volunteer job. Maples said he will be running for city council next year as well.
It's pretty obscene that one would spend $20,000 to win a city council race, but...I don't grudge someone who has the deep pockets to spend that much. The question becomes, though, that why the need to spend all that money for a position that doesn't pay anything?

Italy | Rival Gangs Shoot Brazenly, Cops Call Citizens Back In Homes; Fights Link to Milford
Reports coming from Italy, Texas from readers and sources tell The Ellis County Observer/The Italy Informer that we had SWAT teams, police helicopters and all sorts of law enforcement down in Italy (south of Waxahachie) in some sort of operation linked to rival gangs in Italy, Milford and some reports said as far away as Fort Worth. Citizens have reported that police have instructed people to stay indoors for fear that unknown persons are wielding machine guns (probably SWAT in their short blue bus.)
Update: Readers are listening to their police scanners and the gangs from Milford are back in Italy. Before it's all said and done, there might be a stand-off.

Everything-Red Oak in this one...met up with an old friend, heard all sorts of good juicy Red Oak school district political rumors (the main one being: the $95 million high school projected to hold all sorts of students is met with the reality that ROHS lowered enrollment by 70 students this year), and just received this via e-mail:

"During the last Council meeting on March 8, Steve Hedtke....made allegations against the ROPD stating the department had failed to act regarding a complaint filed by Chris Moses....."
FALSE:
Steve Hedtke's allegations covered a year and a half's worth of SEVERAL complaints made by Chris Moses. Steve Hedtke mentioned the Dustin Merimon incident as a RECENT RESULT of the PD's inaction the last year and a half.

"Moses told Lt Brock that prior to that council meeting Moses read the letter Hedtke planned to present to council and told Hedtke at that time that he didn't agree with the letter...."
ALLEGATION:
an Open Records Request for this tape was responded to with a certified letter saying they refuse to release the allegedly recorded conversation. Not only does this call Mr. Moses a liar based on his public testimony before Council at the April meeting denying he made such a statement, it also begs the question of the PD's comprehension: if they got Steve's speech so wrong, I can only imagine how wrongly they interpreted Chris' statements. The fact that Chris Moses was recorded during what he thought to be an off-the-record conversation is another SNAFU with this Department's actions. Mr. Moses has my advice and support to file a slander suit against the City for calling his honesty into question in a public forum and refusing to back it up with evidence.

I find it telling that Viki Spraybary's vocal antics on the ECO internet radio show reveal just how much she "doesn't care." She launches into hysterics that get her hung up, her son Dustin Merimon is fired for unprofessional conduct, her husband Dwayne Spraybary calls City Hall under a false name numerous times, and their neighbor Eston Masterson is videotaped displaying disorderly conduct . Yet it's CHRIS that is called to question over this incident?

This speech was written before Steve Hedtke's decision to run for City Council and given knowing that many would unfortunately and erroneously see it as some sort of campaign tactic and would likely cost him many political points. However, the events described in this speech are not about "Mr. Hedtke's Allegations" but a family living in fear because of the illegal actions of their neighbors.
Steve has repeatedly clarified that he hopes the handling of the Moses-Masterson-Spraybary-Merimon incidents are some sort of anomaly based on Red Oak's excellent track record of serving the public, but based on Officer Rudolph's unprofessional and inaccurate portrayal of Mr. Hedtke's speech, it is difficult to continue assuming that to be the case.
Officer Rudolph clarified that they have the conversation w/ Mr. Moses about Steve's speech recorded: I'd like to see how thoroughly they documented the consensus that they claim to have established, especially considering that Mr. Moses reports never having been part of a conversation or meeting where "all parties" met: We call on the Police Department to produce evidence of this "summit" and are filing an official Open Records request for any documentation, as well as the conversation they recorded with Mr. Moses and Lt. Brock as described in the memorandum. We hope they documented their alleged summit as thoroughly as they tried to document statements made by Mr. Moses about a speech that paints the ROPD's handling of one case in a negative light.
Mr. Moses clarified at the Council meeting that every time he called the police he was advised to NOT file formal charges for one reason or another. Mr. Moses' respect for our local law enforcement led him to accept their advice against his better judgment. And now that action is being used against him to excuse the inaction of the Police Department.
Mr. Moses also clarified that he DID NOT file a formal complaint of aggravated assault against Dustin Merimon: he filed a complaint of terroristic threat.
The numerous errors of basic fact in this memorandum lead us to be very concerned with the professionalism of the Red Oak Police department: it documents $2500 to investigate "thoroughly" one piece of evidence instead of the pattern of behavior detailed in Steve's speech: that's akin to looking at a huge pizza with tons of ingredients, picking up one mushroom off the top, analyzing it thoroughly, and deciding that it has never been on a pizza because they found no evidence of pizza sauce. Casey Hargrove noted that Council does have a responsibility to step in if they see the PD crossing the line of acting in an unprofessional manner, but Councilman Hargrove did not address even once the factual errors in the Memorandum.
Mr. Tedesco was appalled at the language being used in the Council Chambers Monday evening: he should be. That language was and is used against the Moses family on a regular basis by Eston Masterson, and is continually dismissed. Mayor Hugley was spot on when he said "That's Enough."-- it should have been enough last May too. We would be concerned if that sort of language was NOT appalling. Mr. Tedesco also cautioned that we need level-headed councilmen to be elected to the City Council, but he did not detail exactly what about Steve Hedtke's comments or speech was not "level-headed."
City Council and Mayor Hugley cautioned Officer Rudolph that they need to be aware that the situation down on Stainback Court is NOT over, that this is a situation many in the City know is escalating, and that further action will need to be taken.

It would have been nice if during the "thorough investigation" the Red Oak Police Department conducted they could have picked up the phone and asked Mr. Hedtke to clarify his concerns.
That would have been a freebie that could have saved the ROPD a public memorandum full of unprofessional errors.
