I reported yesterday about Brandy Lemmon Owen, the Libertarian candidate for Ellis County judge, and her psychotic stalker from Austin, Texas, Kirk Kleinsorge. Kirk threatened Owen with 200 text messages detailing rape and death threats. Well, now Kirk Kleinsorge has contacted Child Protective Services officials in Ellis County, and right now, CPS is referring the allegations from Kleinsorge to the DA's office. Owen has refused to let CPS on her property in Ennis (Kaspar Lane), and has threatened to use deadly force if Kleinsorge -- who told Owen that he knows every address/property/home that she owns/rents out/etc. -- showed up on her property. I am on standby with my video camera should and if this situation go south, but the allegations from Kleinsorge are that Owen - who has six children - reportedly abused one.
This coming from a guy who sent 200 text messages within a span of one full hour threatening rape and death on Owen.
I am calling on my friends and allies to keep a watch out for that area on Kaspar Lane during this time...
I will be down there with a video camera to document it all if I need to be...
CPS and I have a very lengthy, public animosity in this county, and I have no problem whatsoever in exposing so much as a single evil corrupt thing they might have up their sleeves, but, if there are legitimate concerns and allegations, those need to be investigated.
I'm asking Owen to forward me the text messages from this Kirk Kleinsorge guy now (who yesterday deleted his Facebook profile after we posted it) so that I can start publishing them on the blog...

I was told lease house waiting on me and I showed up to an occupied house with Mr. Kleinsorge in it. I was going to let the rain stop and leave. I felt it was against my better judgment to stay one more minute.
I figured if I was paying all your bills, I could make a black person your boss, make you treat them with respect... I already know you can't work. and I can't have you in my workplace saying n-word... she requires 24/7 access to her children... which seems a rather impossible environment to get anything done in... perhaps you have leashes?

Now they are an adult... that has no choice but to sit in it's cage and die... I am glad to hear that Scott. I have an officer's badge number and all contact information for him. The officer told me to give it to any CPS investigator and he will explain the charges being filed on Mr. Kleinsorge and be an advocate on my behalf.
