Nope, this wasn't in Combine (yet), but there was a police officer from Kemp, Texas arrested:

According to Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office public information officer Pat Laney, 34-year-old Damon Smith of the Kemp Police Department was arrested at 10:22 p.m. June 30 and charged with two counts of abuse of official capacity.
Odds are this guy will be easily in Protective Custody so as to protect him from the general population...
And odds are his F-5 that Kemp will have to file with TCLEOSE won't mention a damn thing about this arrest...and if they do, this guy will still get hired somewhere...
If you knew this guy then you wouldn't be such an ass about whether or not he gets hired somewhere else or not'! He has a family and is a good person. He deserves a second chance at things! I've known him for about 15 years!
